Services: Primary Care (Insured and Self-Pay)

Annapolis Family Medicine offers all the benefits of your typical Primary Care plus several additional non-traditional services. Treating patients ages 12 and up, we offer care across the lifespan to include but not limited to :

Routine Physicals
Well Woman Exams
Virtual Visits
Sports Physicals
Preoperative Evaluations
Treatments of simple lacerations and skin lesions
Medication Management

Same Day Sick Appointments

We have providers available Monday through Friday for same-day sick visits and point-of-care testing for COVID, influenza, strep throat, and urinary tract infections.

On-Site LabCorp

AFM partners with LabCorp, and patients can have lab work done at AFM during regular office hours.

URGENT CALLS

All urgent calls during closed office hours can be directed to the Hospital Operator and the on-call provider can be called. If the phones are not working, you can call the Hospital Operator at 443-481-1000 and they will page your on-call provider.
