Dr. William Dabbs
Dr. William Dabbs graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Specializing in the field of Family Medicine, Dr. Dabbs is prepared to provide comprehensive medical care for families and individuals suffering from all types of illnesses, disorders, conditions and diseases. Dr. Dabbs sees patients ages 5 & up.

Kastle Donovan, CRNP
Kastle Donovan is originally from Danville, California, and attended the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. For her Bachelor of Science in Biology, she subsequently obtained her nursing degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA and begun work as a Critical Care Nurse at Inova Fairfax Hospital. While working the Trauma ICU at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Kastle obtained certifications in Progressive Care and Critical Care Nursing and begun her master’s program at Marymount University. During her final summer, she traveled to Belize for a community health course and this experience solidified her desire to volunteer and pursue a career as a Family Practice Provider.
Kastle has worked in Primary Care in Annapolis since 2011. She prioritizes building relationships with her patients and works to individualize patient care as well as empower patients to achieve their health goals. She holds particular interests in urgent care, adolescent and women’s health, and alternative therapies. Kastle is also trained and certified in both the cosmetic and medical application of Botox.
Kastle lives in Annapolis with her husband and two young sons. She is an avid runner, gardener, karaoke singer, and Washington Capitals fan and is proud to be a member of the AFM team.

Amy Ricker, CRNP
Amy attended Salisbury State for her first bachelor’s degree, majoring in Biology, and then attended the University of MD for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working several years in the Emergency Department at Baltimore-Washington Hospital, Amy went back to UMD for her Master’s in Nursing. She graduated and became Board-Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011. Since then, Amy has worked continuously in Annapolis as an Acute Care and Family Practice Provider. Amy has been known to bring her work home with her and views her career as more than just “a job.” Patients of hers know that they will always have her undivided attention and compassion for whatever issue they are being seen for. She has special interests in comprehensive primary care, women’s health, adolescent care, as well as alternative treatments. We are incredibly lucky to have someone with her level of empathy, passion, and experience taking care of our patients! Amy is available to see patients Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Catherine Wilson, CRNP
After spending 10 years as a professional photographer for national magazines, Catherine returned to school to pursue her nursing degree at Philips Beth Israel School of Nursing. After receiving her degree, she worked as a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse in New York City.
In 2011, Catherine moved to Annapolis and worked at Anne Arundel Medical Center as a nurse in the Emergency Department. In 2019, she received her master’s degree in Nursing and obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. Later that year, she joined a great team at Annapolis Family Medicine (AFM).
Catherine enjoys meeting new patients and looks forward to creating strong, trusting, healthy relationships with each one. She brings compassion and enthusiasm to her medical practice each day.
Catherine lives in Annapolis with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys the outdoors, skiing, running, traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.

Kathy B. Gabriel, Ph.D
Psychology is now an important part of Family Medicine. You should consider scheduling with Dr. Gabriel when you experience any significant life challenges including relationship difficulties, feelings of depression, anxiety, or difficulty coping with illness and age-related changes. It is not necessary to wait until you have serious problems before trying a short period of talk therapy. You can meet with Dr. Gabriel for help when building a more balanced healthy life.
Psychological services also include assessment for attention deficit disorder, depression, and anxiety as well as assessment and management of dementia and related issues associated with aging.
